On Windows 7, the goals for your account are stored in the following folder
C:\Users\dprestel\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\FlashPlayer\#SharedObjects\F22ND67R\
localhost\#YAEB
Back this up regularly.
My username and folder number after #SharedObjects will be different from yours.
If you copy this folder and put it in the same path on a different computer, all of your goals and accounts will be the same.
