Low Level Medals

Gaining Rose, Cross, and Lion medals is a pain the ass when you're first starting out. Use this procedure to obtain your medals quickly. I've used it on several accts and it works great. Be advised, the exact number of troops will depend on how high your archer and metal casting upgrades are. Consequently, there is a chance that you'll need a few more troops to do this. Try out a couple waves and adjust accordingly.

Here's what you'll need to do this, these are minimum requirements. If your buildings are a higher level, you'll have better chances of getting medals: A level 5 or better rally spot-, level 5 or better feasting hall (both feasting hall and rally spot should be same level), make sure every spot in your feasting hall is occupied by a hero (I.E. lvl5 hall, 5 heroes), you'll need to have at least 130 archers per hero, and a lvl 1, 2, or 3 valley in your possession (preferably as close to your town as possible).

Once you have all of the above, here's what you do:
1. abandon the closest valley (level 1,2,3,) to your town.
2. Send a wave of 130 archers at the valley
3. Wait 15-20 secs and send another at it (repeat until all heroes are gone)
Now here comes the trick,
4. As soon as the first wave hits, abandon the valley. You must make sure the valley is abandoned before the next wave hits, or it will fail and the troops will return to base.
5. Keep repeating until you have the medals you need.

You'll get lot's of cross, rose, and lion medals. But you have to be patient. The drop rate for these medals increases with each SUCCESSFUL attack, if one fails then the drop rate will reset.
